Refund and Returns Policy


Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the time of your purchase. If you want a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require you to transfer the domain back to our GoDaddy/NameCheap domain account and we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the transaction ID.

Please do not charge back with your credit card company as this hurts our business rating with them.


Once your return is received in our GoDaddy/NameCheap domain account, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the receipt of the domain into our GoDaddy/NameCheap account.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed within 24 hours by us, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / credit card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
